Welcome to Bivenzi! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and customer experience at www.bivenzi.com (the “Platform”). By using our services, placing an order, or browsing our store, you agree to be legally bound by the clauses outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, kindly refrain from accessing or using our services.

Bivenzi is committed to providing creative, emotional, and memorable gifting products — crafted through both advanced technologies like 3D printing and artisanal methods such as candle pouring, fragrance blending, packaging design, and handcrafting. Our products range from ready-made gifting items to highly customized pieces, built with attention to personal stories and visual charm. These Terms & Conditions cover all our product categories, services, collaborations, and customer interactions.

Please read the sections carefully. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our Platform.

1. Business Identity

Legal Entity: Bivenzi is operated as a sole proprietorship under Indian law. All commercial operations, product fulfillment, and service responsibilities are legally owned and executed by the founders and operating team of Bivenzi.

Location & Jurisdiction: We are based in India. All services rendered through this platform are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall take place under the jurisdiction of Indian courts, specifically in the region of company registration.

Brand Evolution: Formerly launched as a 3D-printing exclusive personalization brand, Bivenzi has now expanded into a multi-category lifestyle gifting company, integrating a wider range of handmade, machine-assisted, and craft-based offerings. These include:

Each product or service listed on the website or discussed in correspondence falls under the business identity of Bivenzi and is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Requirements & User Responsibility

Product Usage: Some of our products (such as candles, fragrance oils, small parts, sharp items, or glass-based packaging) are intended only for users above 13 years of age. Products should be handled with care and stored away from infants and pets.

Purchases & Payments: Financial transactions must be completed by users aged 18 or older. Minors may only place orders under the supervision of a legal guardian or parent who assumes full responsibility for the transaction.

Safety Warning: Products involving heat (candles), liquids (diffuser oils), or sharp elements (decorative accessories) must be used according to the provided usage guide. Bivenzi holds no liability for injury, allergic reaction, or misuse beyond intended usage.

3. Payment Terms & Conditions

Accepted Methods: Bivenzi currently supports multiple secure payment methods for customer convenience:

  • UPI (Unified Payment Interface)
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm – when enabled)
  • Razorpay Secure Gateway (PCI-DSS compliant)

Transaction Security: We do not store any sensitive payment data. All transactions are handled via encrypted third-party processors compliant with global financial security standards. Users are encouraged to ensure their network connection is secure before initiating any transaction.

Failed Transactions: In cases of failed or interrupted transactions, your money is typically refunded automatically by the payment gateway. If not, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

Prepayment Policy: As most of our products are personalized or handcrafted upon order, we follow a strict prepaid-only policy. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) or partial payments. Orders are only processed after full payment confirmation.

Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned. International pricing may be added when global shipping launches. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to material cost fluctuations or operational adjustments.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

Confirmation Email: Upon successful payment, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. This includes an order ID, item summary, and estimated dispatch time.

Production Timeframes: Each item is made or curated after the order is confirmed. General preparation times are as follows:

  • Personalized 3D printed items: 2–5 business days
  • Candles & fragrance sets: 1–4 business days
  • Gift packaging + combo hampers: 3–6 business days
  • Wedding or bulk orders: Up to 10 days, depending on size

Order Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not allowed after 4 hours of placing the order, as work typically begins immediately — especially for custom or handmade items. However, Bivenzi reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or raw material is unavailable
  • The order is flagged for potential fraud
  • We’re unable to meet the quality expectation or delivery timeline

In such cases, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping, Handling & Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We currently offer pan-India shipping via trusted partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and DTDC. International shipping is in development and will be announced soon.

Handling & Packaging Time: As most orders are handmade or require personalization, handling times may vary from 1–7 business days depending on order type and volume. Combo boxes, festival sets, or wedding decor orders may take longer.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Eco-Friendly Packaging: Bivenzi uses eco-conscious packaging materials wherever possible. Some items may arrive in reused cardboard or biodegradable fillers to reduce waste.

Weekend Shipping: We may ship on weekends and holidays depending on order volume and logistics availability.

Tracking & Status Updates: Customers receive real-time tracking links via WhatsApp and email. For any delivery delay, customers are requested to wait 48 hours past the expected date before raising a dispute.

Lost Packages or Delays: If your package is lost in transit or marked “delivered” but not received, we will either resend the item or issue a full refund after verifying the claim. In some cases, video proof during unboxing may be required.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Eligibility Criteria: We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges only under specific conditions. Eligible scenarios include:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Major physical damage during transit
  • Product received is significantly different from the one ordered

Custom & Personalized Items: Items made to order — including personalized nameplates, candle labels, combo boxes, masks, or fragrance choices — are non-returnable unless there is damage or incorrect delivery.

Return Request Deadline: Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this window, claims will not be entertained due to the nature of the product.

Evidence Required: To process any return, the customer must submit:

  • Clear photos of the product (with packaging)
  • Unboxing video if damage is claimed
  • Order ID & description of issue

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days through the original payment method.

Replacement Option: If the customer prefers, we may offer a free replacement item instead of refund, subject to availability and processing time.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a Bivenzi error (wrong item, transit damage), we will cover all return courier charges. Otherwise, return shipping is not reimbursed.

No Casual Returns: We do not accept returns based on change of mind, wrong size selection, mild color variation, or subjective preferences unless there is a clear error or damage. Handmade and small-batch goods may vary slightly.

Combo Sets & Hampers: Partial returns of combo boxes or festival hampers are not allowed. Only full-box returns (if approved) are processed.

Candles & Wax-Based Products

  • Fire Hazard Warning: Never leave a lit candle unattended. Always use on a stable, fireproof surface, and keep away from curtains, papers, pets, or children.
  • Allergy Disclaimer: Some scented candles contain essential or synthetic fragrance oils. Users with asthma, respiratory issues, or fragrance sensitivity should consult with a doctor or test the product in a ventilated space before prolonged use.
  • Burn Duration: Burn time may vary depending on candle size, room temperature, and airflow. Instructions are provided on the label.
  • Reuse of Containers: Some containers (like glass jars or metal tins) can be reused after the candle finishes, but users must ensure they are cleaned properly before repurposing.

Fragrance Oils, Diffusers & Aroma Products

  • Skin Contact: Fragrance oils are not intended for direct application on the body unless explicitly labeled as skin-safe. Always wash hands after use.
  • Spill Hazard: Avoid placing fragrance products near electrical sockets or valuable furniture. Oils may stain porous surfaces.
  • Allergy Risk: Certain fragrances may cause sneezing, skin irritation, or headaches for sensitive individuals. Please test in a small area first.

Home Decor & Glass Items

  • Breakage Risk: Products like glass jars, resin frames, or ceramic decor items are fragile. Bivenzi uses foam-lined boxes and eco fillers to protect fragile goods, but minor breakage during transit can occur and must be reported within 24 hours.
  • Display Use Only: Unless stated otherwise, most decor items are not toys or functional tools. Keep out of reach of pets and young children.

Combo Gift Sets, Festival Hampers & Celebration Boxes

  • Product Variation: Combo sets are hand-assembled and may contain a mix of handmade and machine-finished components. Visual variations are natural and not grounds for return.
  • Shelf Life & Use: Some combo sets contain candles, oils, or wax items with best-before dates. Please check all packaging before gifting or usage.

9. Customization Guidelines

Many Bivenzi products include customizable elements like names, initials, occasion titles, scent preferences, and photo/text personalization. While we aim for accuracy and beauty in every item, please note the following:

  • Spelling Accuracy: Customers must double-check spelling and personalization instructions before finalizing the order. Bivenzi will not be liable for typos sent by the customer.
  • Photo Uploads: Users must ensure photos uploaded are high resolution and do not contain inappropriate, copyrighted, or hateful content.
  • Font/Layout Decisions: Design and font layouts may differ slightly from previews depending on the final product’s size, color, or shape. Artistic discretion lies with the design team.
  • No Returns on Custom Products: Any personalized product is non-returnable unless there is a proven case of incorrect customization on Bivenzi’s part.

10. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership

Bivenzi Content: All images, branding, product names, layout designs, written content, illustrations, packaging styles, and icons on our website, packaging, and social platforms are original creations and protected by copyright under Indian IP law. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sale is strictly prohibited.

Customer Submissions: When customers upload or share custom images, names, messages, or artwork for product personalization, Bivenzi assumes:

  • They have the legal right or permission to use the content
  • The content is not illegal, hateful, violent, or misleading

Showcasing Rights: Bivenzi may ask for permission to use finished custom products (e.g., nameplates, framed gifts, wedding hampers) in our portfolio, website, or social media promotions. We will always request consent before sharing personalized designs publicly.

11. Influencer Collaborations & Gifting Policies

Eligibility: We collaborate with influencers, creators, and bloggers who align with Bivenzi’s aesthetic, values, and storytelling approach. All partnerships are subject to approval.

  • Free Gifting: If a free product is provided in exchange for a post, reel, review, or mention, it must be disclosed as a “gift” or “collaboration” in accordance with ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) and influencer guidelines.
  • Content Usage: Bivenzi retains the right to repost or share the influencer’s created content (with credit) across our digital platforms for promotion.
  • No Guarantee of Paid Partnership: Receiving a gifted item does not entitle the recipient to any future payments, unless a written contract for paid collaboration is signed.
  • Account Conduct: Influencers must not engage in discriminatory, controversial, or inappropriate content while working with our brand. We reserve the right to withdraw collaboration without explanation if we feel it could harm our brand’s reputation.

12. Bulk Orders & WhatsApp-Based Deals

Bivenzi offers discounted or customized rates for bulk orders, especially for weddings, events, or corporate gifting. These are typically initiated via WhatsApp and involve a partial advance payment process.

12.1 Process & Communication

  • Customers must share the number of pieces, event date, customization preferences, and delivery address via WhatsApp or email.
  • Bivenzi will respond with options, sample previews, and estimated costs within 24–48 hours.

12.2 Advance Payment Terms

  • Booking Confirmation: A minimum of 30%–60% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The exact percentage depends on product type and order value.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid before dispatch. Failure to clear dues may result in order cancellation with no refund of the advance.
  • No Refund on Advance: Due to the customized and time-bound nature of bulk gifting, advances are strictly non-refundable.

12.3 Lead Time & Delivery

  • Lead Time: Bulk orders may take 7–20 business days depending on complexity, product type, and volume. Rush orders may incur additional charges.
  • Packaging: Each item will be individually packed unless a bulk box is requested.
  • Courier Tracking: All orders are shipped via traceable couriers. Bivenzi does not take responsibility for courier delays post-dispatch but will assist with escalations.

12.4 Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to provide correct spellings, names, labels, delivery instructions, and event dates. Bivenzi is not liable for errors caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided on WhatsApp or email.

12.5 Warranty on Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Bivenzi’s handcrafted and made-to-order products, especially those customized with names, messages, or dates, are not covered under standard warranties. These items are uniquely produced and intended for decorative, sentimental, or light-use purposes. We take pride in offering high-quality finishes and use rigorous inspection standards before dispatching any customized product.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or video. Eligible complaints may be resolved with a reprint, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the nature of the defect and availability of materials.

However, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Wear and tear due to use, environmental conditions (e.g., exposure to sunlight, heat, or water)
  • Customization errors caused by incorrect data provided by the customer
  • Color variations due to lighting, screen display differences, or hand-finishing methods
  • Small imperfections in 3D printing, laser etching, or handmade textures considered normal

13. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

We at Bivenzi aim to resolve all customer complaints with transparency and professionalism. However, in the rare event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, the following guidelines apply:

  • All legal disputes must be addressed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
  • The place of jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts located in the city where Bivenzi is officially registered.
  • Before taking legal action, we encourage customers to contact our customer care team to explore amicable solutions such as replacements, adjustments, or mediation.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent transactions, false claims, chargeback misuse, or abusive behavior toward staff.

14. Force Majeure

Bivenzi shall not be held responsible for delays, damages, or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones)
  • Acts of God or war, riots, or terrorism
  • Pandemics, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions
  • Nationwide courier strikes or major supply chain disruptions
  • Unexpected power outages or system failures

In such cases, affected orders may be delayed, and customers will be notified of the situation. Refunds may be considered if production has not started. For in-progress or dispatched orders, partial refunds or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

15. Modifications to Terms, Product Pricing & Store Policies

Bivenzi reserves the right to update or change any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such updates may reflect changes in laws, user behavior, market trends, or our business structure.

Changes may include but are not limited to:

  • Updates to pricing, shipping charges, or taxes
  • Changes in accepted payment methods or delivery zones
  • Modifications to customization policies or return windows
  • Termination or addition of product lines, services, or categories

Customers are encouraged to review the terms page regularly. Continued use of the site after modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms. The current version will always be available on our official website.

16. Bulk Orders via WhatsApp & Advance Payment Terms

Bivenzi offers support for bulk/customized gifting and decor orders via WhatsApp, primarily for occasions such as weddings, corporate functions, festivals, and event branding. These orders can include a mix of products from multiple categories such as candles, personalized stationery, fragrance sets, handmade decor, and 3D-printed add-ons.

Bulk Order Procedure:

  • Customers may initiate a bulk order inquiry via WhatsApp with a brief about their needs (quantity, product type, customization ideas, deadlines).
  • Our team will respond with a curated quotation and production timeline within 1–2 business days.
  • A minimum 30–50% advance is required to initiate work, depending on the order scale, material sourcing, and customization complexity.
  • Payment proof must be submitted on WhatsApp or email to confirm the project commencement.
  • Final settlement must be cleared before dispatch. If a customer delays the final payment beyond 5 days after order readiness, Bivenzi reserves the right to hold shipment or cancel the order (with partial refund deduction based on work completed).

Delivery & Quality Control:

For bulk orders, extended lead times may apply, ranging from 5–21 working days depending on size and personalization depth. Each item is checked before packaging, and video proof of completed bulk orders may be shared prior to dispatch to avoid disputes.

Customization Risks:

Due to human involvement and handmade elements in our bulk offerings (e.g., wax work, labeling, hand-tied ribbons), minor inconsistencies may occur and are considered acceptable within artisan tolerances. No two handcrafted items will ever be 100% identical — and that’s the charm of gifting with soul.

17. Product Usage, Safety & Maintenance Guidelines

Each Bivenzi product, whether handmade, 3D printed, poured, blended, or assembled, comes with a purpose — and for long-lasting joy, proper handling matters.

Candle Safety Instructions:

  • Always burn candles within sight and keep them away from flammable items.
  • Do not leave burning candles unattended around pets or children.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every burn.
  • Place candles on a heat-resistant surface and avoid burning for more than 4 hours continuously.

Fragrance Care Tips:

  • Keep diffusers and sprays away from direct sunlight to preserve scent strength.
  • Always test fragrances on a small area before applying to skin to avoid allergic reactions.
  • Keep room fresheners and oil blends out of reach of children and store tightly sealed.

3D Printed Product Care:

  • Avoid exposing 3D-printed products to direct flames or excessive heat (above 55°C), especially PLA-based items.
  • Use a soft cloth to clean — never scrub or use chemicals.
  • Indoor use is recommended unless otherwise specified for outdoor decor.

18. Subscription Services & Loyalty Programs

In 2025, Bivenzi will launch its Gifter’s Circle: a monthly subscription box and loyalty program tailored for emotionally rich, personalized gifting and celebration moments.

Terms of Subscription:

  • Subscriptions are prepaid monthly, quarterly, or yearly depending on your selected plan.
  • All subscriptions are non-refundable but may be paused or transferred (upon approval).
  • Each box includes a curated theme (e.g., wedding season, Diwali moments, birthday cheers) with a mix of candles, custom packaging, handmade cards, etc.
  • Cancellation of subscription must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.

Loyalty Tiers:

Customers who complete 5 or more orders in a calendar year automatically qualify for loyalty perks such as early access to new collections, flat discounts on select items, and Bivenzi surprise boxes during festive seasons.

19. Affiliate Program & Brand Ambassadors

Bivenzi’s Affiliate Program allows individuals, creators, and influencers to earn commissions by promoting our products through tracked referral links or discount codes.

Basic Guidelines:

  • Affiliates must register through our official application and be approved by the team.
  • Payouts are made monthly via UPI or bank transfer with a minimum threshold of ₹500.
  • Affiliate links and codes must not be spammed, misrepresented, or shared on platforms violating Bivenzi’s ethical guidelines.
  • Bivenzi reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account due to misuse or dishonesty.

Ambassador Benefits:

Brand Ambassadors selected seasonally receive exclusive merchandise, pre-launch access, and personalized discount bundles. They act as lifestyle representatives for Bivenzi across India and abroad.

20. Legal Disclosures, Force Majeure & Final Terms

Force Majeure:

Bivenzi is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to reasons beyond our control including — but not limited to — acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemic outbreaks, supplier shutdowns, courier strikes, or significant technological breakdowns.

Third-Party Services:

Our website may contain links to third-party payment gateways, courier tracking sites, or embedded content. We are not responsible for external site policies and recommend users read the terms of those services separately.

Contact & Communication Rights:

  • By placing an order or reaching out via WhatsApp/email, you give us consent to communicate with you regarding your purchase, offers, and support follow-ups.
  • You may unsubscribe from promotional communication anytime by replying “STOP” to WhatsApp or clicking the unsubscribe link in emails.

Final Clauses:

  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by law, it shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining clauses.
  • These Terms supersede all prior verbal or written agreements related to Bivenzi’s products and services.
